Pressure. Physicality. Execution.
Those are three things Iโll be watching for tonight as Carolina takes on Syracuse.
Freshman Kate Harpring led the way with 29 pts, while sophomore Nyla Brooks added 14.
Chloe Clardy saw her first exhibition action after not playing against Davidson, logging five minutes. Ciera Toomey and Sophie Burrows did not dress.
My takeaways ๐
UNC WBB Falls to Maryland in Final Exhibition
Freshman Kate Harpring scored 29 points, while Nyla Brooks added 14 in Carolina's 72-68 loss to Maryland.
The Tar Heels now turn their attention to the regular-season opener against Oklahoma in Paris.
