The Open Mic From Hell is a stand-up comedy event with the electricity of a game show.
The unpredictability of a daredevil stunt, the energy of pro wrestling.
It's Who's Line Is It Anyway crossed with KillTony crossed with Wild N'Out.
TONIGHT, @toulousetheatre
The Open Mic From Hell is the most New Orleans comedy show in New Orleans. Most Monday nights at Toulouse Theatre.

Sometimes I struggle with exactly how to tell people what improv can do for them.
20% of my clients want to do comedy. It's always been a dream of theirs.
20% are curious self-improvement junkies. They already know the mental health benefits of improv.
The last 20% are in it for the communications benefit.
The work we do in improv enriches your relationships, makes you more money at work, and makes you more fun to be around.
Which 20% are you?
👉 My virtual classes got a pricing upgrade recently and you should take advantage. By upgrade I mean they are less expensive.

The WILDEST comedy show in New Orleans is The Open Mic From Hell.
Most Mondays at the Toulouse Theatre
Anyone who DMs me gets 2-for-1 tickets this Monday night.
In the movie We Bought a Zoo, there's a line that stands out.
The film is about purchasing a dilapidated zoo and then re-opening it to the public after extensive, expensive repairs.
We don't know where we're going but we're brave enough to get the ball rolling.
To show up and just get started.
My students understand this well, and practice bravery in micro doses in every class.
Want to experience what this is like?
Check out my virtual improv classes. I have students from all over the country who gather together to laugh, connect, and be brave.

Improv isn’t for the class clowns or the people who always need attention.
Improv is for the people looking for an innovative creative outlet.
It's for the people who want to communicate with more charisma in their personal and professional life.
It's social skills and self-improvement disguised as a comedy class.
I'll be at this link tonight at 6:30p to talk to anyone who wants more information on my classes.
(BTW: It's almost JUNE! But still not too late to learn a life changing skill)

"It's a stand-up comedy show on acid" is maybe the best way to describe the Open Mic From Hell experience.
We're back tonight at Toulouse Theatre, doors 7 show 8!

What does improv comedy have in common with video games?
Let's talk about improv comedy as a SIDE QUEST.
It’s the multiplicity of disciplines that really elevates your creative game.
A salesperson who also does improv?
A public speaker who also does improv?
It’s a cocktail of skills that translates into effortless charisma.
But improv is the most rewarding side quest there is. Instead of trying to BEAT the game of life, what if you PLAYED it?
I teach improv classes virtually. These classes are SO fun and are immediately accessible to YOU, right now.
