Hunger goes away if you ignore it for a few hours. It wont kill you. After 48hrs your body adjusts to the new routine. Ever been tired and pushed on for 10 mins and then it's gone? It's exactly the same. Cravings for caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, any drug, exactly the same
