If @Azure @awscloud @OpenAI or @AnthropicAI ever need a story of "this Gemini / @googlecloud billing mess would never happen with us" here it is. $68k in extra bills for Google's security mess. No help from Google whatsoever.

Gitlab having an 8 hour downtime with no resolution in sight. Why are you calling it "intermittent" failures @gitlab? It's very consistently failing every single time and we have no way of contacting you.

For a company that sells itself as a way to manage users' subscriptions, it's beyond me that @chargebee has now for the 3rd time unlawfully charged us for a subscription we don't have.
They have repeatedly failed to remove our credit card data, after many requests.

The fact we've had to have endless email chains, and every 9-12 months they just resume charging us a ridiculous amount of money. Every time, being passed around to a new person to talk to who doesn't fix the issue. 2/x
