A year ago I was making plans to commit suicide. Instead, I hysterically called a mental health clinic. Within a week I was in therapy and on meds. I love being alive. If you are at the end of your rope, there are folks ready to help you… including me. nami.org
The @RealMichaelKay to Girardi “you know what they don’t do anymore?” Me (screaming at the screen à la Tattoo) “THE SPRAY THE SPRAY”. Kids will never know the Star Trekian wonder of Gene Monahan applying aerosol ointment to Nettles’ elbow, post plunk.
Really sad to hear about the passing of the great Norm Clarke. He was one of the few in the traditional Vegas mediascape to give upstart new media punks like @vegastripping respect. He was an icon that became an ally and a friend. Cheers to you forever Norm❗️

This 600-year-old painting is one of the most mysterious in history.
That mirror at the back is just 3 inches wide — yet it reflects the entire room in immense detail.
Look closer at it and you'll realize nothing is as it seems… (thread) 🧵
