We have changed the behavior when a teacher is working with W/E/P Docs that are submitted by students through #Assignments.
With this update, once a student turns in a doc, they will not see any comments or updates from the teacher until the teacher returns the assignment. #MIEE

Very excited about this update! Tested already and love that the files attached go into a feedback folder in the students folder in SharePoint. Super useful at this time of the year preparing for visits from external examiners.
Video and File Attachement in Feedback is now enabled for all Teams EDU users.
This gives the educator the ability to
📹 Record video feedback for the student or the group
📄 Attach documents or other files as feedback to the student and the group

Extremely disappointed to hear that my nieces change of circumstances appeal to reinstate her special rate #SUSI grant payment had been rejected. She will suffer a substantial financial loss due to her mother being in receipt of the PUP payment for a couple of months.
@TheUSI I'm pretty sure that this is probably happening all over the country? Any advice for this student?
While she has a part time job, I worry about the impact taking on extra hours will have on her already academically demanding studies or that she may need to take a year out.
@DeptofFHed @SimonHarrisTD surely this cohort of students have already faced enough barriers in their 3rd level education already? Can we not do everything possible to ensure they can continue their studies.
