Announcing Herdr on boxd! My favorite way of developing. @herdrdev is a TUI for your coding agents. Connecting them with @boxd_sh machines give you a workspace that is always available even when you close your laptop. Great stuff Herdr team!
Introducing Herdr on boxd @herdrdev keeps all your coding agents in one terminal. Now each one can run on its own boxd machine, right in herdr's sidebar. Close your laptop and they keep working. Open herdr again and every workspace is where you left it. Get started below: docs.boxd.sh/use-cases/oss-i…

Ever wanted a glimpse of the future - read our counterfactual newspaper. Written for our annual event with founders and co-investors we printed headlines for 2036! See here: tcf.blueyard.com/
We invited 100 founders and investors to a gathering in the Alps. In their room, they found a newspaper dated September 16, 2036: some headlines read exactly as expected. Others seemed impossible, yet somehow they had happened. We hiked between mountain debate camps, pressure-testing today's consensus beliefs, then ran policy creation / simulation sessions to come up with strategies that competing futures would demand. This was, The Counterfactual. Thank you to our co-hosts @hanna_haya, @AndrejHenkler and Fadwa Ouardani (Leblon Capital), and to everyone who participated.

100 founders, builders and investors. 1 hike, many debates, and policy-generation sessions. All focused on one question: what does a counterfactual future look like to today's consensus? To spark the conversation, we had a September 2036 newspaper waiting in everyone's room. That was The Counterfactual. Thank you to everyone who came and contributed, and especially our fantastic co-hosts Andrej Henkler, @FadwaOuardani & @hanna_haya Read The Counterfactual here: tcf.blueyard.com/

Excited to share that Armitage, built by @wintermute_t, has selected @railnet_org for its vault infrastructure. We spent the summer building this with @FrankResearcher and the Armitage team, starting with ETH Yield, after seeing that clients wanted higher ETH yield than the 3.5-4% staking rates out there. Igor Igamberdiev, Bohdan Pavlov, and the rest of the Armitage team moved fast and brought real creativity to the strategy. Fantastic team to build with. After years building in the ETH yield space, I think this is a genuinely unique offering for ETH holders: earn yield that benefits from activity on the smart contract layer, while one of the best teams in crypto runs the strategy for you.

Our SDK downloads went up 100x in two months. Two months ago the @boxd_sh SDK got about 40 downloads a day on npm. We launched three weeks ago, and last Monday it did 4,181. Not where we want to be yet, but we’re trending in the right direction.

When you have a safer system, you can reach farther. For instance, psychologically safe spaces allow unsafe thinking. Stability in an exercise allows you to move more weight. Safety allows you to take risks. Some risks will turn out to be game-changers.

wire claude managed agents to boxd Anthropic runs the agent loop, every tool call lands in a boxd machine you own one microVM per session, booted from a snapshot, frozen between turns, woken with the filesystem exactly as the agent left it the machine in this clip did not exist when the session started guide here: docs.boxd.sh/use-cases/claud…

AI is as useful as the context it can see & tools it can use. Two bad options: agents too siloed to be helpful or agents you trust with reckless abandon. This dilemma is an artifact of a security paradigm from the 90s. I think it’s overdue for an update. commonfabric.com/notes/inver…

We handed 100 people a newspaper from 2036 and locked them on a mountain for two days. This is The Counterfactual. The premise is simple and uncomfortable: most of what you believe about the next decade is wrong. You just don't know which parts. So we wrote the newspaper of September 16, 2036. Some headlines you'd expect. Others look impossible. In that world, they happened anyway. Then we made founders, investors, and policymakers argue about it while Hiking. Basecamp: The Consensus. The most dangerous beliefs everyone in the room shares. Camp Alpha: The Divergence. How the impossible actually unfolds. Camp Beta: The Wager. What you'd start doing today if it's real. Summit: The Great Re-Pricing. The dislocations you can actually trade. Between camps: rotating small groups, no hiding, every assumption pressure-tested on the trail. Final morning: the counterfactual became output. Policies. Tactics. Capital allocation. Now feeding competing simulations of the future. Consensus is already priced. Every asymmetric return in markets, in policy, in company building lives in the future nobody is pricing in. Comfortable beliefs are expensive. We spent two days getting rid of a few. See you at The Counterfactual 2027. @blueyard @ciaranoleary @jason_whitmire @chadfowler Thx for coming: @subjective_p @HilmarVeigar @billyperrigo @JasonBordoff @reecechowdhry @FadwaOuardani @tcytowski @evanphx @MaxClaussen @ben_sdl @MylesStapelberg @alexjkorman @hanna_haya … any many others!!

This is the kind of thing that gets built in the dead of crypto winter and quietly changes what’s possible in the next cycle. Infrastructure compounds, and future apps and use cases thrive as a result. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
