Eagles went into Buffalo last year and held them to 12 points and Philly didn’t complete a single pass for the entire 2nd half. They’re well compensated and there should be an expectation to not get 35 hung on you in a 2nd half even if they still lost.

again nothing you said here applies to the Baltimore Ravens… Also the Vikings are 6-0 right now with next to no offense, Seahawks had 13 points majority of the game, also even the Chiefs defense held up 85% of game even with the offense only having a FG……

I'm not saying their defense is blameless for playing like turnstiles, but having your franchise QB helps with morale, fatigue and consistency. If the offense stays on the field more and generates points the defense can rest and also play with less tension.

Well that’s cool and all if this was the first game that this happened…There isn’t a sample size large enough to suggest that the defense performs better when the offense scores a lot of points. The defense didn’t even ice the game against Dallas, offense had 31…

I’m normally with you but the last 3 games has shown me that our defense feeds off our offense if LJ plays we probably score 21-28 points in that first half you can’t beat teams by kicking FGs and the defense can only hold so much when you keep putting them back out there so much
