The KC Current seem like a very poorly coached team. And that’s the storyline after a 4-0 loss in Washington. Yikes!

📰: Official now. Chris Armas named as the Kansas City Current head coach. Most recently, Armas was the head coach of the Colorado Rapids in Major League Soccer (MLS) during the 2024 and 2025 seasons. An interesting/hmmm hire for the Current. But it is official. #KCBaby

It’s absolutely crazy that there could very well be three of the five #NWSL MVP finalists who are Kansas City Current players. Debinha would be No. 3 after Kayla Sharples, and then Temwa Chawinga at No. 1.
