L’8 agosto di 30 anni fa approda a Bari la nave Vlora con il carico dolore e speranza di 20.000 albanesi. L’Italia non li accoglie bene. Bari, con il sindaco Dalfino, ce la mette invece tutta. In città, se non per la tv, percepimmo poco. E invece era cominciata un’altra storia.
