#AATeam been sitting on this plane (CRJ200 so not comfortably) awaiting paperwork since 3:31 ET in glorious gate 35X at DCA. What are the chances of 5326 ever taking off. The pilot said 5-10 mins. We've reached inner an hour. Another 35x disaster.

Another announcement, "should be less than 10 minutes. Don't know why this is taking so long." Even your pilots are confused by this disregard for customers.

Another terrible experience with @AmericanAir. Original departure for STL 459, then 548, 615, 645, 715, 745, 815, 900, then changed flights to go through Chicago. Then the original flight dropped back to 603, changed back, then 747, 811, 826, 846, 906, now 921. WTG AA!

#AmericanAirlines fail. Delayed over 3 hours while our plane with crew flew roundtrip to Rhode island due to mismanagement. Meanwhile, the obviously less important passengers sat idly for their regularly scheduled flight that may now hit storms in St. Louis. Typical 35x DC2STL
