Hi guys , wanted to share a little bit of my AI design workflow.
I'm updating the landing page for my startup Closingly, directly in Codex.
See the video :
SaaS company A sells a tool to SaaS company B.
Company B uses it to sell to company C.
Company C raises $20M to build a tool for company A.
Everyone is at $10M ARR.
Nobody knows who the actual customer is. 💀
Welcome to the B2B2B2B economy.

I lost a $5400 client because my proposal didn’t reflect what we discussed on the call.
That was their feedback.
Hard to argue with.
The conversation happened.
The proposal went out.
Somewhere between the two, the context didn’t survive.
we just launched the worlds first AI Revenue OS for freelancers & agencies.

GPT-6 Astra designed my startup’s landing page.
It looked like the work I sold on Fiverr for $150 three years ago.
Every client gave that work 5 stars.
That explains a lot about why founders are happy with AI design.

My take on “AI just killed designers”:
Designers whose only selling point is producing a decent-looking page should pay attention.
Taste is becoming a bigger part of what clients pay for.
AI gives you a starting point. Your judgment shapes the result.

400+ landing page visits.
10 waitlist signups.
Would a product demo convince more visitors to sign up?
I just added one to Closingly’s hero section. Here’s the baseline 👇

I spent 3 hours putting together a founder-led demo.
My bet: seeing Closingly in action gives visitors more reason to sign up than screenshots alone.
But the numbers will tell.
I’ll share the results in 7 days, whether conversion improves or stays flat.

I understand now why motion designers charge 5 figures for a single launch video.
Last night I was creating a reel for my product launch (Closingly) and these 11 scenes at an average of 4 seconds each took me 5 hours of continuous work.
Video dropping soon....
