I'm in TN 08439 from BBS to PNBE. The train has been delayed by almost 7 hrs and yet not reached Patna. On complaining I got a reply "technical issue". For other trains even local there is no technical issue.

1. @amazonIN I love books. I want it asap I thought to have one. I really feel anger when my order is delayed or cancelled without any reason. That happened today. I sat in the office for an hour for my book that showed out for delivery.
2- But I got an email that the order has been cancelled and returned to the seller in Bangalore from where the parcel came to Patna today only. Being a prime member I was expecting a successful delivery of not timely. Utterly disappointed. @amazonIN @AmazonHelp
