Last week, a group of our guys had the opportunity to travel to New York City on a Networking Trip set up with our Alumni.
This trip gave insight on various industries and companies that our Alums have solidified themselves in. Thankful for an awesome group of alumni!
Every place needs more people like this man. He was authentic, kind and hilarious. Having a locker right next to his was a treat…some of the hardest laughs I’ve ever had. RIP Link

Reasons to stop complaining:
🔺It’s a zero ROI activity. Complaining doesn’t achieve, solve, or improve anything.
🔺 The less you complain, the more time you have to get things done.
🔺Best version of you doesn’t complain. Your life improves the moment you stop complaining.

Trust is the driving force for elite teams. It creates an uncommon commitment & unbreakable bond among teammates. High talent cannot compensate for low trust. Teams with talented people who don’t trust each other will not perform up to their potential.
Great coach...better human being. The sport will miss him, but wishing him the best in his retirement!
After 40 years of coaching college lacrosse, @BatesLacrosse's Peter Lasagna is hanging up his whistle.
His brother-in-law @DomStarsiaPLL & his editor @TerenceFoy share some thoughts on the occasion.

Connection drives clarity. People listen to you through the lens of how much they trust you.
Connection => clarity principle is amplified in a classsroom, on an athletic team, and in a business.
If you want clarity, build the connection!

Just saw this for the first time. It is the single greatest thing that I have heard since this entire mess began, and it doesn’t just apply to COVID-19. Listen and share.
