Good win this morning Darius Garland Elite 15u.
Joshua Brown (Portage H.S. 2030) led the way with 19 points and Zayden Johnson (East Chicago Central H.S. 2029) added 18 points.
The backcourt duo was excellent all game long.

Zayden Johnson (East Chicago Central H.S. 2029) has really stood out in this one for Darius Garland Elite 15u.
The 5’9” left-handed point guard has hit a pair of 3’s and finished multiple athletic drives to the basket.
He is very shifty as he attacks the paint and finishes well

2028 6’4 D1 Jets PF Justin Bennet (East Chicago Central) presents length and stamina on interior. Works block with solid hands/feet. Has muscled way through a couple times for tough conversions.

#Flashback Mekhi Gillis!
The 2029 5’11 Guard was lights out in his first sectional championship game vs. West Side. Played a major role in securing our 3rd consecutive sectional 🏆.
Finished with 22 pts, 4 ast, and 3 stl.
One of the top freshmen performances in the state!
College Coaches! Strong freshman campaign and an absolute pleasure to coach… upside is through the roof!
Strong weekend for 6’1 freshmen guard @NajiMeux. The @boys_ec guard rebounded and shot it very well from the 3 at Bill Hensley Run N Slam Tournament in Fort Wayne. At 14 Naji upside is tremendous! Coaches he’s a future IN All Star! @DGEliteNB @BRamseyKSR @PrepHoopsIN @ZT17Hoops
