Comparison has so many you all fucked up and unfortunately, most of the times you compare against things that are vain or materialistic or optics when in reality, you have absolutely no idea what’s going on in someone’s actual life and for many of you if you just valued simple things the great simple things you have you’d be walking around with a smile every hour every day every month every year❤️❤️❤️

You can question yourself without quitting on yourself. You don’t have to make the doubt disappear. You have to compete through it. Doubt may show up. Make sure you do, too.

You can be authentic and hardworking and still struggle to find your footing if you’re in the wrong environment. -A fun person trapped in the wrong city. -A loving partner in a relationship that won’t reciprocate. -A great entrepreneur stuck in the wrong business. Think about your placement as much as your performance. Plant yourself where you can thrive.

When I tell people "you have time", it is not a permission to do nothing. I'm telling you to stop deciding your life is over at 28. I'm telling you to stop treating your age like a deadline and start doing the work. Be aggressive about what you do today. Make the calls. Have the meetings. Make the content. Do the work. But if building you think takes years, that doesn't mean you're losing. You can be patient about the outcome without being passive about the work.

Too many want the title and paycheck of leader without the responsibility of leading. Leaders are responsible for the team, their growth, their experience. Every decision is about the team, not the leader. Leadership is about humility and service, not pride and power.

If you want those you lead to be accountable, you must be willing to be held accountable. A leader who can’t be questioned or challenged, can’t be trusted. Leaders set the tone.

🚨🚨WILD VIDEO🚨🚨 Ryan Clark said in 2024 he deserved MORE MONEY and LESS WORK at ESPN after proving he was one of the network’s top analysts. “I felt like I deserved something that they didn’t feel like I deserved.” Yesterday, ESPN fired Clark. WOW.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT: we deal with all types of people everyday. Weak people seek revenge. Strong people forgive. Intelligent people ignore. #FreedomFriday

“When you’re a coach, your satisfaction and your excitement has to come from their success and that can’t be lost,” Kelvin Sampson The greatest coaches don’t chase recognition. They chase the growth of the people they lead.

“It’s not what your capable of, it’s what your willing to do. I know plenty of people that are capable, I know fewer people that are willing,” - Mike Tomlin
