I am beyond excited and incredibly blessed to announce my verbal commitment to continue my academic and softball career at Murray State University! This journey has been filled with countless hours of hard work, sacrifices, early mornings, late nights, wins, losses, and lessons that have shaped me into the player and person I am today. I am so grateful that all of those moments have led me to the opportunity to play Division I softball and become a Racer! First, I want to thank my parents for being my biggest supporters from day one. Thank you for every practice, lesson, tournament, long drive, pep talk, sacrifice, and for always believing in me and my dreams. I truly would not be where I am today without you. To my sisters, thank you for supporting me, cheering me on, and being there through every part of this journey. I also want to give a huge thank you to the coaches who have invested their time, knowledge, and belief in me throughout my softball career - Jeremy Higdon, Chad Leeman, Brandon Whitt, Chris Ellis, KK McCrary, and Tommy Bain. Each of you has played a part in developing me as an athlete, pushing me to become better, and preparing me for this next level. A special thank you to my hitting coach, Joey Lewis, for the countless hours spent helping me grow at the plate, challenging me, and always pushing me to become a better hitter and competitor. Thank you to every teammate, coach, instructor, family member, and friend who has supported me along the way. Every practice, tournament, conversation, and lesson has been a part of getting me to this moment. Finally, thank you to the Murray State coaching staff for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to represent Murray State University. I am so excited for this next chapter, to continue growing academically and athletically, and to compete at the next level.
