I wonder how many of the coaches praising Iniesta this week would have the balls to play a small but intelligent 13yo in the midfield on a high level team today.

Next year, I will complete UEFA B with @FAWales and qualify to take USSF B. For $750 (Welsh C) included, I can skip years of huge fees & waiting periods in America. If that's the case USSF, why do you charge so much for those who go YOUR OWN ROUTE?

The sheer ridiculousness of youth soccer governance in this country is mind boggling. The more you learn. The more you see how broken it is.

Parent from old team sent this from few years ago. Not 1 kid skipped practice that day. What a team!

35 years training skills & moves out of context. And we continue to perpetuate it in the face of utter disaster. #ussoccer #tovotraining

Favorite part was feedback you give to coaches to help them improve. Took notes on 1:37:00 to 1:38:30. Excellent.

I had the same debate vs orchestration with my current tech directors. So good to stretch our understanding. Well done.

Make the right play, no matter what. Even if you don't trust the guy you're passing to. Then I'm talking to him instead of you.

Football hasn't caught up with what science knows. The age at which small kids can acquire technical skills is much younger than believed.

Will any candidate take on the reality that the majority of trainings for US youth players is woefully poor? #ussoccer #tovotraining
