Mount Carmel has the top big man in the BCL in Junior Mancho (Towson) to control the paint, Kiyen Alexander to provide a two-way presence as a PG & a potential breakout candidate in Antwan Williams to go w/ an influx of international transfers as the Cougars gear up for a potential @bclbasketball run. A true point guard masterclass put on by the nation’s top high school prospect over the weekend as Beckham Black averaged video game numbers in Italy 🇮🇹 through three games at @therealgrindsession 25.7PPG 9.7APG 9RPG •Elite pace •Master manipulation with his 👀s •Efficient scorer + shotmaker from multiple levels •Makes high level reads look effortless thanks to his patience, vision & creativity

2027 @Highland_Hoops & @TeamLoadedBBall G Jordan Hunter commits to Santa Clara. An offensive machine who lives in the paint, Hunter was one of the best available prospects in the entire DMV area. HC Herb Sendek & staff land a dynamic guard who will be an immediate impact within the Broncos’ rotation.

The Ravens and their fan base had about an hour of real time this season to enjoy the team (specifically the offense) at full strength. That was week 1.

Impressive bounce back performance from @Sepa_athletics in a win over Star Alliance. Led by 5⭐️ CJ Rosser (@CJRosser7) who showed off a little bit of everything en route to 35PTS on 12/24FG. The 6'10" senior was aggressive from the opening tip. Clearly he & Beckham Black share a chemistry that few HS duos can match on the offensive end.

Plenty of coverage from @PangosAACamp highlighting prospects from the Northeast & Mid-Atlantic. Below are the 🔗s to find the represented states ⬇️ MD/DC: prephoops.com/2026/10/pangos… PA/NJ Pt. 1: prephoops.com/2026/10/pangos… Pt. 2: prephoops.com/2026/10/pangos… NE/NY Pt. 1: prephoops.com/2026/10/pangos… Pt. 2: prephoops.com/2026/10/pangos…

Will Wade makes another high-level addition to his already strong 2027 recruiting class as he gets Xavier Young to class up from 2028 to 2027. Still just 16, Young is physically imposing at 6’10” & gets off the ground quickly for authoritative finishes. Ideal rim presence & athleticism to impact the SEC.

A day after his @AZCompass_Prep teammate comes off the board, 2027 Zion Green makes his pledge to Alabama. Skilled & fluid 6’9” forward who has potential to play on the wing in time. Offensive-minded, but when his motor is running high like he’s shown in the last five months, the potential & upside intrigues you. Should benefit in Nate Oates’ uptempo style offense that allows for offensive freedom.

This app can throw a ton of negativity in your daily scrolling, but if you saw the original person post the tweet generating this idea & then see how quickly it came into fruition…it’s a reminder good things do exist.

Finishes with 45PTS, 13REBS & 10ASTS…

The 5⭐️ duo of Beckham Black & CJ Rosser putting on a show today in @thegrindsession Rome. Black's ability to play at different speeds is unlike any other guard in HS basketball. Another example was this nasty hesitation that led to a bucket. Makes it look effortless.

North Carolina lands who I believe to be the top NBA prospect of the 2027 class in AZ Compass/Vegas Elite wing DeMarcus Henry. The southpaw wing averaged 19PPG on 52% from the field in @NikeEYB play. Skilled scorer who continues to expand his overall skillset with time.

Big week to get November started over at @PrepHoopsMD as we’ll release the updated 2027 rankings & follow with the beginning of conference previews. @bclbasketball & @MPSCAthletics are up first 👀

You always expect prospects to make a jump from their freshman to sophomore season. That’ll be the case with Rhodes. Can still rely on his inside game to impact, but as he shows the wrinkles of improvement with his perimeter skillset, folks will be drawn into the potential/upside convo.
