What's up Coaches around the Country! My name is Thomas Vandegriff. I'm a C/O 2025 DB on my Mission right now for @LDS Church looking for any Division 1 opportunity I can get - PWO, grayshirt, or tryout spot. Offers pre-mission: @Indiana Wesleyan, @Trine. I return June 2027 with all 5 years of eligibility and I'm open to any D1 program that will give me a shot to earn it on special teams and in the secondary. Rocks await winner of Zionsville-Fishers.
SET 3: @rocksathletics 25, HSE 18
Rocks take it in 3. That’s a really, really good team. So deep in all areas. Response to deficits today was super impressive.
Heck of a run by HSE. That team exceeded any and all expectations coming into the year.

José Ramírez is one of the best players of his generation. Not a lot of guys who can take a 100-mph top-rail fastball out of the yard. Guardians are ahead in a must-win game, 3-2.

You want to be a great defensive lineman?
Then become a technician.
Don't just be big, strong and fast.
Your hands placement need to be right.
Your pad level needs to be right.
Your leverage needs to be right.
Your feet need to be right.
Your eyes need to be right.

EFFORT IS A CHOICE.
Everybody talks about effort. Understand what it means. You may not control your size or your speed or your GG talent. But you control your effort. Every snap. Great defensive players don't pick and choose when they play hard. They play hard all the time.
