In prezent, statul taxeaza exclusiv tranzactiile pozitive, indiferent de rezultatul tau total. Exemplu real: - Ai avut in 2025 trei tranzactii profitabile de 8.000 RON si cinci tranzactii pe pierdere de 15.000 RON. - Rezultatul tau economic real: minus 7.000 RON. - Rezultatul declarativ conform D212: platesti impozit pe 8.000 RON castig. Aceasta e modul in care Art. 116 din Codul Fiscal este aplicat in prezent, confirmat cu specialistii contabili si surse din ANAF. Everyone told me the same thing: - "You can't build a serious Web3 community from Romania." - "The talent is too scattered." - "No one will take it seriously."
