This was one of the scariest experiences of my life. Ever since I was born, I had never witnessed an accident of this magnitude, and being among the first responders made it even more traumatic.
There was one survivor;a young boy trapped in the wreckage in the back seat. We did everything we could to get him out, but first, we had to remove his deceased mother and her daughter first. Nobody wanted to do it, so I stepped in with another gentleman and we carefully pulled the two bodies out.
I had never carried a dead person before. But in that moment, there was no time to think about it. We just had to help. There was blood everywhere, and the whole experience was deeply disturbing.
Three people seated at the front ;a man, a woman and their young daughter were also dead and trapped inside the wreckage. Their bodies could only be removed by cutting through the wrecked vehicle, but unfortunately, we didn't have the necessary tools.
Eventually, we had to abandon the rescue effort. It was a terrible and heartbreaking experience—one I will never forget.
May their souls rest in eternal peace. 🕊️

You’re clearly fishing for sympathy here, Short Dr. Why are you asking people to send you URLs when you can freely access them through @Asamoh_’s account? Stop playing games—you’re playing with the buffalo’s balls, and you know exactly how risky that is.

Just respond through the law firm @Asamoh_ has instructed to handle the matter. X is not a courtroom, and we are not judges. These long paragraphs won’t establish your innocence or disprove the allegations of fraud and gayism. Let the legal process take its course.

By the way that case is very personal to me and I must defend my name to the latter,my request was simple delete, withdraw and apologize but amejifanya mjanja.
I am willing to use my resources and time on this one,and the good thing we have evidence of all the screenshots from yesterday and dating back 4 years how he has consistently defamed me calling me a fraud and con disparaging my internationally respected name as a health expert and entrepreneur, but I’ve been letting him go.
I want to actually present 100 X users as witnesses to how this man has been defaming and maligning my name maliciously including yesterday and before and the screenshots these witnesses took with their phones and sent me yesterday.
Now that is am going to court tomorrow morning If you’re willing to be a witness in this case kindly send me an email to [email protected]
Those that value and respect the good work I do and have been doing will be the one to teach him a lesson.
I repeat I will be the last person Asamoh defames on this timeline, 200 million shillings in damages and he will pay the court fees as well!
Let’s enjoy the ride 🚀🚀🚀

🚨 A post on X has cost KSh 3 million, and the warning in this judgment reaches not only the person who wrote it but everyone who shares a claim before checking whether it is true.
This is the defamation judgment in favour of musician Hubert Mbuku Nakitare (Nonini), delivered by the Milimani Commercial Magistrate's Court on 26 October 2026. Here is what it means.
Musician Nonini sued Music Copyright Society of Kenya (MCSK) CEO Ezekiel Mutua for defamation following a public fallout over music royalty distributions and social media attacks.
The court found that false statements published about Nonini on X had lowered his reputation in the eyes of right-thinking members of society, and awarded him KSh 3 million in damages.
That phrase, right-thinking members of society, is the legal test for defamation. A statement is defamatory when it would make ordinary, reasonable people think less of the person, or expose them to hatred, ridicule or contempt. To succeed, a claimant must show three things: that the statement was defamatory, that it referred to them, and that it was published to at least one other person. Because a written post is a permanent form, the law treats the harm as presumed, and the claimant does not have to prove a specific loss.
There is a complete defence, and it is the one that matters most here. Truth. If a statement is true, it is not actionable, however damaging. That is why the falsity of the statements was central. The remedy exists for false claims, not merely unwelcome ones.
Liability does not stop with the author. In law, anyone who publishes or republishes a defamatory statement to a third party can be sued, and that includes resharing, retweeting or repeating what someone else said. I was only sharing it is not a defence. Each republication is treated as a fresh publication.
The legal dispute worth noting. On one side, freedom of expression is protected by Article 33 of the Constitution, and social media has given ordinary people a voice they never had before. Large awards for online posts can make people afraid to speak, to criticise the powerful, or to raise matters of public concern, and public figures must accept a fair amount of hard scrutiny. On the other side, Article 33 is not unlimited. It does not protect a reputation-destroying falsehood, and the Constitution itself requires respect for the reputation and dignity of others under Articles 33 and 28. A lie that reaches thousands in seconds can do lasting harm, and a person whose name is damaged is entitled to a remedy. Where the line falls between robust, protected speech and an actionable falsehood is the question every post sits near.
Key takeaway: publishing a false and damaging statement about someone can cost you, and so can sharing one. Truth is a defence, verification is protection, and a repost is still a publication in the eyes of the law.

So you want ODM not use Raila's name but your candidate Sifuna can't stop evoking Baba's name in his rallies. Talk to Sifuna first short Dr

ODM should let Raila Odinga rest in peace I voted for them man thrice and 6 piece ODM in my Turbo constituency (none of the people I voted for ever won right from the MCA to the presidency thrice),I was too big a fanatic of baba. There’s a huge faction of us who have never liked and will never vote for Ruto and we are solidly behind Sifuna arm.
Didn’t ODM want power ? Who is more likely to implement Baba’s dreams as president? Sifuna or Ruto?
I find that faction disingenuous and envious of the fact that the former SG is a strong presidential contender something they didn’t see coming. Baba’s spirit will guide Omwami Sifuna to the presidency and awaken a new chapter in our politics. Baba died with the political career of all the Kanu orphans starting with President Ruto, all of this chronic perennial politicians will be buried once and for all come next year!
