"My hope is for my children to be happy, satisfied, and to lack nothing."
Amina is raising her children in Marsabit County, Kenya, where recurrent drought makes it increasingly difficult for families to find enough food.
These services reduce the burden of long journeys for care and ensure families like Amina's can access the support they need for their children to grow, recover, and thrive.
With support from the Democratic Republic of Congo Humanitarian Fund, Concern Worldwide is delivering life-saving assistance to families most affected by conflict in the Kitotshe Health Zone in eastern DRC.
At the same time, our teams continue to implement Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) activities. Community hygiene promoters have been trained to encourage good hygiene practices, while 7,475 people were reached through hygiene awareness sessions between April and 30 June 2026.
Conflict and displacement continue to leave millions of people across Sudan struggling to meet their most basic needs.
