Because I have suddenly realized something that is truly making me question myself. I have watched Trump’s presidency. I have stood behind his work. But I never — not even ONE SINGLE TIME — stopped to thank the two men standing right beside him who have sacrificed so much along the way. Marco Rubio. Pete Hegseth. And today, I want to finally change that. These are much more than simply cabinet members. They are two of the strongest pillars helping support Trump’s entire presidency. Marco Rubio — the son of a Cuban immigrant who worked as a bartender — giving almost every part of his life to serving America through diplomacy, traveling around the world, representing this nation on international stages, spending long periods away from his loved ones, and carrying the enormous responsibility of protecting America’s relationships with countries across the globe. Pete Hegseth — a combat veteran who has already dedicated years to serving his country in uniform — now once again accepting an enormous responsibility, leading the most powerful military on earth, bringing important reforms, and facing political battles in Washington that can be just as challenging as the battlefields where he once served. Just pause for a moment and think about everything these two men have given up. Their families sit around dinner tables where their chairs are sometimes empty. Their children may go to bed without seeing their fathers. Their wives take care of the household, raise the children, and manage everything at home — often by themselves — while their husbands continue their duty of serving America. And yet, so many of us have never stopped for a moment to simply say — Thank you. We recognize what you have sacrificed. We truly appreciate everything you do. So today — at this very moment — I want those words to finally be heard. Thank you, Marco Rubio. Thank you, Pete Hegseth. You are Trump’s right hand and left hand. You are two strong pillars helping keep this entire mission moving forward. You have sacrificed your personal comfort, valuable time, and precious family moments — for 330 million Americans, many of whom may not even fully know your names. We see you. We respect you. We honor you. 🙏🇺🇸 And today, I want EVERYONE to join me in this prayer — “Lord, please continue to watch over Marco Rubio and Pete Hegseth. Protect them and their families, and bless them with safety and good health. Give them the courage, wisdom, and strength to continue this mission alongside President Trump. And let them feel — even if only for a short moment — the gratitude of every American they work so tirelessly to serve each and every day.” 😭🙏🇺🇸 💔 Type “THANK YOU MARCO.
