Could an recent decision by the planning inspectorate, be an harbinger of things to come?   Ballymore applied last year to reduce the number of affordable homes as they no longer consider the project economically viable to deliver under current market conditions. From 30.15% as consented down to 16.6% affordable homes from 100 to 58. Whilst increasing the number of homes overall from 421 to 434 for an 52 floor tower and public park at Cuba Street, Isle of Dogs. 1/5
