दिल्ली पुलिस के लोग दिल्ली पुलिस मुख्यालय के सामने धरना दे रहे हैं। इस वीडियो में आप देखेंगे कि धरना देने वाले पुलिसकर्मियों को DCP सचिन शर्मा समझा रहे हैं कि सड़क पर धरना मत दीजिए! अंदर चलिए। लेकिन पुलिसकर्मी उनकी बात नहीं मान रहे हैं। सवाल यह है कि धरना देने के लिए परमिशन की बात करने वाली क्या इन पुलिसकर्मियों की परमिशन चेक करेगी? क्या अब तर्क दिया जाएगा कि धरना देने के लिए दस दिन पहले परमिशन लेनी होती है?
खैर! यह मामला शाहदरा और गांधीनगर थानो से जुड़ा है जहां वकील और पुलिस के बीच काफी दिनों से विवाद चल रहा है। धरना देने वाले पुलिसकर्मी अपनी शिकायत लेकर पुलिस मुख्यालय पहुंचे हैं। पुलिसकर्मियों का कहना है कि पिछले दिनों वकीलों और पुलिस के बीच हुए विवाद में वकीलों के खिलाफ तो कोई एक्शन नहीं हुआ उल्टा उनके खिलाफ एक्शन ले लिया गया और अब वह पुलिस हेडक्वार्टर के बाहर धरना देने आए हैं।

Ideally, one would expect the Union Home Minister to be focused on Manipur, where five Kuki men have been killed within 24 hours.
The Home Minister has a responsibility to step in. He could visit Manipur, even if only for the sake of formality. If he is, as usual, too scared to go there, he could at least convene an urgent high-level meeting in Delhi and take stock of the situation.
But for the BJP, Manipur can wait. It has been waiting since May 2023. Congress-bashing, however, cannot.
An entire state is on edge, waiting for intervention. And the Home Minister's priority is a political march against the Opposition.
