We have wearables to track our cardio and sleep.
We have CGMs to track our metabolic health.
But when it comes to our daily gut health, hydration, and urinary health, we've been completely in the dark.
Today, that changes.
Listen to your gut, with Throne.

My favorite factoid about Tim Walz is that during his career as a high school teacher, in the same year, he coached the football team to a state title AND served as the faculty advisor for the school's first gay-straight alliance (GSA) club.

14 years ago today I started a new job to work on this very website, and I still talk to a couple dozen+ people from that job every week and it changed my life in countless ways.
Thanks for the reminder my fellow start day bud @cpen and to the best damn alma mater 💙

There are two kinds of friends:
Those who say “let’s hang out” and you never do.
And those who hit you with the immediate calendar invite.

My @delta flight got canceled from JFK. The customer service line was huge, so I google a Delta JFK phone number. The number was 1888-571-4869 Thinking I reached Delta, I started telling them about getting me on a new flight.

“Artists don’t make $$$ from streaming”
They do if they OWN the music
Too many artists give up ownership; its value has been gated & hidden.
@join_royal launched a tool to change that.
Now you can estimate the future value of any song in the 🌎 > bit.ly/royalsvc

Maddix's "Heute Nacht" is trending on our marketplace. It’s the most traded token since the song was released on Royal last Friday.
The viral hit has already generated an est. $72,000+ in streaming royalties and it’s continuing to climb in streams and playlisting. You all are taking notice.
Congrats to @MaddixMusic and his collector community on the banger. 💎
