Major congrats to @SolidcoreU on their victory in all coaches being now classified as employees rather than independent contractors! It’s a huge victory and came from their dedicated worker organizing. Yay congrats! #organize #workersunite

An added benefit of mask wearing: during cold weather biking — it’s like a scarf that doesn’t slip but much easier to wear than a full winter face mask. I may never go back. 👍👍👍 #MaskUp

Don’t let this moment placate you. The social and economic systems that have led to our present conditions and the fascists who have exploited them aren’t going away anytime soon. Now is the time for systems change, and no one at the top is going to bring us that. It is on us.

This is why we show up on our mats each day: to learn how to meet whatever comes. To build a resilient foundation, that regardless of uncertainty or the undesired, we can respond with continued action. We practice so that we can build a new world. ♥️✊

Whatever happens today - we’ll get through it together. Also, yeah, if you haven’t voted, yet. Please do. Elections have consequences for labor rights (and everything else). And, beyond the election, we’ll continue to organize. #organize #vote #yoga

I spent my morning writing a thing and then all the overlords I give $$ to - to save my shit -just somehow lost it. And I had to talk to strangers about it who couldn’t help me. If there is anything that unhinges me - it is this. Sigh. #endrant
