Day 2 of #NI2024 started with our workshop on building the capacity and capability of nurse informatics #researchers. Our international audience offered ideas on collaboration, innovation, training. Delighted to have been part of the conversations w @decisiondawn Marion Waite
It followed by brainstorming with @Richardthenurse ..The day ended in style with dancing, food, and exciting conversations with inspirational @PJA72 @HelenBalsdon1 and @FutureNurseUK ! Super energized ⚡️

I’ve had a fantastic first day at #NI2024 reconnecting, dreaming, and making new connections. It reminded me why conferences are full of learning, reflection, and excitement. It was great discussing with @nickhardiker , who inspired my first steps into health informatics in 2011.
Another highlight of the day was seeing old @UoS_HealthSoc digital health buddy @ash8542 and hearing about his extraordinary journey to Canada. I envisage a knowledge exchange trip soon 😊
… And just in line with our chat @vercelli83 @Richardthenurse , I forgot my iPad in the lecture room after chairing 🙈😁. That means I had to travel all the way back this evening. The security team @ni2024 was fabulous.
