The question marks over Kav still from some are strange but I admit I was the same last season. Works his arse off and has the ability but wants the ball to feet and playing through the midfield. You know he will have quiet game if we start with two up top and go long #oafc

Reminder: You can be both, pleased with getting a good point late on and also think we need a change in manager and more up top if we want to move the club forward. #oafc

Also not a coincidence every striker we’ve had hates playing alongside Fondop. Only one who’s managed it for a period was Garner #oafc

Spitting feathers if you’re Barnet that’s a honking goal to concede but get in! #oafc

Can’t be making a sub at 90 that’s just an insult. We really are Oldham Marino 🇸🇲 #oafc

Some absolute criminal chances being missed now. I don’t even blame Fondop at this point. We’ve known his ability for a long time now. We should have gotten a striker in summer instead of holding out for Mellon Jr and having Chilvers as our number 1 target. It stinks. #oafc

Barnet are a good yard stick with us being promoted together. These look fitter, stronger and more well drilled than us. Be interesting as well to see the net spend of us both since returning to the EFL #oafc

Might as well affiliate ourselves with San Marino too many times this season we’ve been tactically inspired by them #oafc

Logic says we lose this game today. Micky Mellon lore says he wins a game like this #oafc

Don’t want a sour exit with Mellon at all. But if you put form to a side. A new manager would be delighted to have Hudson, Robson, Monthe, Norburn, KAF and Kavangh alone. Too easy to be become short sighted when times are tough but they all have quality for this league #oafc

It stinks of some friendly handshakes saving a few quid with a mutual agreement and Scott Davies taking it #oafc

My concern is, we had no money in summer for a striker and no new money has come in. If we sack Mellon that’s going to cost. If the budget is spent paying off Mellon, what calibre of manager would the club be will to pay for? We need to move on but can’t do it on the cheap #oafc

This would be a game that’d hit my policy of retrospective double loyalty points for. If you’ve gone to Walsall on a Tuesday night and you’re 2-0 at HT having watching a goalkeeper cut our defence apart you’re better person than me #oafc

Least we’ve got Chilvers and Hawkes to come on at half time and turn this game around… #oafc

Recruitment in summer was mental but I still think a new manager would be more than happy with 60% of our squad. We’ve sacked managers in the past where the squad has been just as bad as them #oafc

No need to be reactionary over specific players after 30 minutes. Individually there’s something in 10/11 of the players out there tonight. It’s a deeper issue than ‘he’s shit get rid’ #oafc

A ball on the deck shouldn’t be getting that far, piss poor from us #oafc
