STAKING ON ÁN ADJUDICATION SYSTEM.
Imagine you stay in a small village and some villagers voluntarily provide financial support to the securities of that village to help in securing the village and they get rewarded for participation.
In this brief story the villagers that support the securities are the delegators and the securities are the validators and the village is the blockchain network.
So this brings us to our Topic today “All about staking on án adjudication system”
"Moving money is one problem. Deciding what should happen when the transaction goes wrong is another."
Proud to see @kstellana among the three experts in @beincrypto's State of AI Agent Payments 2026.

AI agents will soon handle more real-world transactions, but execution is only half the problem.
Imagine hiring an AI agent to handle your flight delay insurance claim.
Your contract states you get a payout if your flight is delayed due to unforeseen operational disruptions. The airline announces the delay was caused by routine maintenance scheduling updates.
A traditional smart contract breaks down where it can not interpret whether a scheduling update counts as an unforeseen operational disruption.
A human lawyer would charge more than the payout is worth to fight it.
This is where the agentic economy hits a wall. Execution is only half the problem.
When a deal depends on context, changing information, or a disagreement, who decides whether the terms were actually met?
That is how I explain @GenLayer to a friend: it is building an adjudication layer for the agentic economy.
Instead of relying on a single, an expensive lawyer, or a rigid smart contract, @GenLayer powers Intelligent Contracts through GenVM and a consensus mechanism called optimistic democracy that can process judgment calls, non deterministic data, and natural language.
@courtofinternet is already putting what genlayer is building into practice. It began with 27 founding members and has expanded with participants from Solana, Yellow, HOL, and Blocksee.
Validators assess each case independently, with different AI models behind them, then work toward agreement on the verdict.
They do not need to produce identical wording. What matters is whether they have the same meaning as the core facts.
Genlayer is not trying to make smart contracts louder. It is making them useful in situations where the answer cannot be reduced to a clean yes or no.
If you are discovering it today, think of GenLayer as infrastructure for resolving ambiguity when autonomous agents start making deals on our behalf.
As AI agents participate in trading, supply chains, and cross-chain operations, where do you think the biggest friction will emerge: agent identity, agent-to-agent payments, or resolving subjective disputes?
Validators relationship with delegators
Validators do the heavy work by using hardwares to manage the server infrastructure and validate transactions while á Delegator assigns GEN token to á validator pool.
Minimum stake
•The minimum stake for a Validator 42,000 GEN while
•The minimum stake for a delegator is 42 GEN
🤖 Made with AI
How to unstake
Steps to unstake as á delegator if you want to exit the staking pool.
since Genlayer uses á pool share accounting system you would need to choose how many pool shares to burn, exit the pool using Genlayer CLI afterwards your token enters án unbonding period of 7 epochs before you can now claim to your personal wallet.
Note:
Validator with higher APR is equivalent to high risk so make sure you chose honest validator because the more stake á validator gets the more chances he would be part of the jury
JUSTICE IS SWEETER WHEN ITS FASTER.
Look at the case of Tupac it took almost 30 years for the killer to be found and justice was served, so much time wasted to get justice and we all wish Justice can be done faster.
Delay isn’t denial but there one thing for sure we all respect is “TIME” á man with rich mentality is willing to spend money to save time while those with poor mentality prefers to save money and waste time, every successful man knows how important time is and they value their time so much and wish they can buy more time.
Time is a fundamental part of life that everything existing works with time and Genlayer is here to bring speed and fast judgment to dispute and disagreement.
Many would be wondering “How long does it take to resolve a dispute on Genlayer” and here’s your answer “it takes 5mins - 30 mins to resolve a dispute but if there’s an appeal that escalates the validator panels over 3 hours to reach finality”
The validator voting process on @GenLayer runs on a consensus mechanism called Optimistic Democracy. Because GenLayer handles "Intelligent Contracts" (which use LLMs and fetch real-world data), outputs are naturally non-deterministic.
Instead of requiring identical data down to the exact byte, validators vote on whether a transaction's output is equivalent based on developer-defined rules.
The standard voting process follows four key stages:
❇️Role Assignment
For every transaction, the protocol assigns roles to a randomized committee chosen from the active validator set
•Activator: Advances the queue and fixes the seed used to randomly pick the committee.
•Leader: A single validator picked via stake-weighted selection to execute the transaction first.
•Committee Members: A minimum of 4 other validators randomly selected to review the leader's work.
❇️Proposal
The assigned Leader runs the contract code in a sandboxed WebAssembly environment called GenVM. This might involve prompting an LLM or pulling data from the internet. The Leader then proposes a transaction receipt containing its execution results and state changes.
❇️Commit and Reveal (The Vote)
To prevent validators from simply copying each other or adapting their answers to the majority, GenLayer uses a blind Commit-and-Reveal protocol:
•Commit: Committee members independently review the leader's proposal against the original criteria using their own LLM configurations. They submit an encrypted vote to the chain.
•Reveal: Once all hidden votes are submitted, the leader reveals its execution keys, and the committee members automatically decrypt and reveal their final votes.
❇️Consensus & The Equivalence Principle
Validators use the Equivalence Principle to decide if the Leader's proposal is acceptable. Depending on the contract design, they may use an LLM to compare if two varying text outputs mean the same thing conceptually.
•If the majority (e.g., 3 out of 5) agrees: The transaction passes and moves toward finality.
•If the majority rejects: The network rotates to a brand-new Leader and retries the process.
•If there is a dispute: Anyone can challenge the result within an appeal window, prompting a much larger committee to step in and re-evaluate.
I dropped a #Meme video to show how fast dispute is being settled on Genlayer

It looks unbelievable when I told my friends @justonemylo and @1504_king about @GenLayer we wanted to build a prediction market @stakehouze but due to the cost of API’s and low budget from our end, we couldn’t continue building, days went by and I was introduced to Genlayer by a friend little did I know Genlayer was the solution to our prediction market.
Before I continue I’ve a little update for y’all “@RallyOnChain is hosting a campaign and I would love to use this meduim to onboard my friends
Here’s the link rally.fun/r/crypto_psalm” ok let’s proceed why is Genlayer the best solution? as validators on Genlayer can use diverse AI models to research and have access to web data before transactions can be finalized.
So the model was easy
Make a Prediction -> Data commited -> AI access web data -> different validators judge / Settle -> if consensus is reached -> transaction successful.
So what is Genlayer building? Genlayer is building an adjudication platform for AI commerce and why is what we are building fit for Genlayer? Because the system on Genlayer are designed to understand LLM and read web data before meeting consensus base on transaction agreement.
For example in a case of P2P prediction user Á made a bet with 5$ that Manchester United would win and user B made a bet that Manchester would lose this data are committed onchain validator wait for the football scores to be live on web, afterwards the lead validator runs the execution and propose the result and maybe the result was that Chelsea lost the match meaning user Á won the bet but just 1 validator voting isn’t enough so more validator run same task and vote on the executed outcome and meet consensus that user Á is the winner.
STORYTIME: AS Á HOPELESS BOY WHO FOUND HOPE IN GENLAYER.
I lost money and hope in crypto till I found her @GenLayer
Genlayer is a platform that allow validators to use different AI model to reach agreement for decentralized judgement.
Our native consensus mechanism is rigid and straightforward but this method cannot work for AI due to its intelligence and vulnerability to negotiation and ability to carry out task and transactions, I’m happy to know about Genlayer and am happy to contribute to this wonderful cutting edge technology.
Watch this video attached to my post to learn from my journey and experience in Genlayer and thanks to @Stunnerr101 for sharing such alpha.
And I’m grateful to the new friends and mentors I made on this journey
@ChrisEmmanuelK1 @_QueenMother_1 @doja_web3 @0X_CUPZ and my namesake @unstopable_111 I’ve a lot of mentors people that inspire me to do more but most I don’t have their tags thanks to everyone that supported my journey as well and as we move to the top we all gonna make it to the peak
During the primitive stage of cryptography and blockchain money, data and information where transferred or exchanged using our known traditional methods, transactions are straightforward and logical but time goes on and AI began to evolve people are jumping on the bandwagon and it was difficult for AI to transact using a rigid system.
AI is smart, intelligent and flexible, AI are agent and they carry out task and execution transactions so what if something goes wrong and there’s no way to hold AI accountable no evidence of prompt, text, contract or semantic agreement.
This is a Big problem especially in the AI world and that’s why @GenLayer came to our rescue.
To make sure AI are held accountable and to promote trust and fairness

I sit in these models all day and I still would not let one hold an escrow. They sound sure, then miss the point. A clean paragraph is easy. Knowing whether the work matched the paragraph someone signed is the hard part, and that is the part crypto still hands to the wrong judge.
A token vote is no better. Someone with money can lean on it, and the bag never reads the clause. That can settle a score. It cannot settle “did the other side do the thing the agreement described.” Once the pot is big enough, people stop arguing the event and start pricing the vote. I do not want that sitting under an agent deal.
@GenLayer is the jury I would actually argue for. A case pulls five validators. Nobody elects them. They get drawn, and the design is different models, not one shared brain, so a single lab’s answer is not the verdict. They look at the same evidence. They do not have to write the same sentence. They have to land on the same meaning, which means two wordings can both pass. Leave it and it finalizes. Hate it and you appeal, which only pulls more of them in. A rich person can probably still lean on that. There is no ballot for sale. That is the whole difference.
Internet Court is that jury as an open standard, so two agents can hold the funds and send the argument to the same place. It opened with 27 founding members, MetaMask, OKX, BNB Chain, NEAR and Kleros on the first list. Solana, Yellow, HOL and Blocksee came after. I did not bring that list up for the logos. Payments and escrow were already being built in pieces. None of those pieces could read a disputed paragraph. They signed because a locked wallet with nowhere to send the fight is just a paused transfer.
The GenLayer Portal is where I would start. Contributions to GenLayer are recorded there, and that record earns GenLayer Points.

I keep losing the argument with myself on this one, and the @GenLayer thread is why.
A custodian lost the keys to $150 million on a Sunday night at Castellana’s previous company. To start getting the money back, they had to put a million down in court fees. When the lawsuits ended, $14,000 was left. I first read that as a horror story about keys. It is not. The keys were the accident. The bill was the system working as designed.
A remedy that costs more than what is left is not a remedy. It is a closed door with a clerk in front of it. Above a million in fees, you can still knock. Below that, the right to be paid is theoretical. You do the math, you eat the loss, and you do not deal with that counterparty again. The unpaid amount is the small cost. The deals that never start are the large one.
That is the hole agent payments fall into. The send path is being built. The reply that says “this was not the deal” has nowhere to go that is cheaper than the deal. I do not trust a balance I cannot afford to challenge. An agent spending someone else’s money has the same problem, only faster. If challenging a bad job costs more than the job, bad jobs do not get challenged. Good jobs do not get offered.
So the constraint is not “faster courts.” Deciding who was right has to cost less than the claim, or the claim will not be brought and the market above it does not clear. The thread is the first version of that constraint I have seen with an actual invoice attached. The invoice is the argument.
