This is roughly a 1:6 risk-reward setup. I’m still bullish on Nasdaq 100 even while most people are focused on the recent dump.
I’ve marked the red zone as the demand area. This is where price previously pushed straight up and created a new all-time high. A lot of institutional orders are still sitting in this zone.
Price has now tapped into the demand area and is showing bullish rejection, which gives confirmation to look for a move back toward the previous higher high around 31400.
