I was supposed to let my strategies run a full 24h. Instead, emotions got me: I kept tweaking, swapping and adding new strats every time something dipped. That's the trap. Fewer changes, more data.
There were great buys and bad buys. Best trades came from buying early at the bottom (APU +196%, HOLLY +194%). Worst came from chasing the top (GLOVE −94%). That's exactly why I'm testing.
Honest take on Hotbot: the interface is super easy and intuitive, but it's not abracadabra. You have to put in the time and keep adjusting. With the right strategy though, it brings real benefits.
The big advantage: you can connect it to Grok Bot or any AI agent, and they can do the work for you. It also has its own AI chat inside that helps you improve your strategies. A complete package.
Next: once my strategies are set, I'll let them run 24h without touching them. I promise 😅 Then I'll start working on portfolios. More updates soon. 📊

some tips:
use the mcp to set up your strategies and have the agent base it on some of the good coins that day, keeping a bank of good 'examples' will help set your parameters to maximize value.
quality over quantity. strategies trading 100s of tokens will be hard to sustain profit unless you're aggressively scalping. slippage will eat your small gains.
use your 5 slots wisely, come with an idea and use the other slots to test different parameters for what is working (agents are great for this)

I’ve been busy and haven’t been able to @usehotbot as much as I’ve wanted to today. Still need to spend a lot more time working on strategies and different features. But this is the kind of potential it has. Literally 5x on a coin from 28k market cap. Something I would’ve never heard of if it wasn’t for Hotbot.
Whether you’re using it for research, for faster trading, etc. If you want any advantage you can have then you should be using Hotbot.
Stop tailing KOLs. Stop copytrading your favorite streamer. Build your own portfolios and create a strategy that caters to how you want to trade.

This is the infrastructure serious capital has been waiting for.
