Alt Season for this Cycle is Close or Closed ?
Even I want to know, So I went researching past cycle trends & found something interesting.
And Since I spent time researching on it, why not share it.
So Lets start with Crypto Bull Cycle of 2016-2017 🔽

Well - It means timeline for this Bull Cycle has clearly changed and it is not same as before.
Timeline has shifted, So Alt season might be delayed by few months but coming.
Why ? Its worth noting that in the both previous cycle - Alt Season always started in Q1 of the year after Bitcoin Halving.
And whenever Bitcoin Reached new ATH, Alts also made new ATH in terms of MarketCap.
For Example :
2016-2017
Bitcoin Made ATH of $19,600 - 1500+ % gain compared to Last ATH of $1160 in nov 2021
Alt Market Increased by 45000% (Went from $1 Billion to $473 Billion) - Birth of Alt Season started here due to ETH ICO Boom, so numbers are not that realistic.
2020-2021
Bitcoin Made ATH of $69,000 - 246+ % gain compared to Last ATH of $19,600 in Dec 2017.
Alt Market Increased by 259% (Went from Prev ATH of $473 Billion to $1.7 Trillion) - More realistic
2024-2025
Bitcoin is currently trading at $96,000 but Alt Marketcap is still sitting at $1.2 Trillion which is $500 Billion Lower than 2021 peak of $1.7 Trillion.
If based on prev cycle Bitcoin saw 1500+ % in 2016-2017 Cycle & 246+ % in 200-2021 from prev ATH.
This Cycle gives the probability that Bitcoin could increase by Min 100-120% vs 2021 ATH, Means Bitcoin could reach $130,000-$150,000
This also means Alt MarkepCap which significant increase in 2016-2017 Cycle & 259% in 2020-2021.
Alt MarkepCap Could also see at least 100% increase vs prev ATH of $1.7 Trillion.
Which mean Altmarket Cap could reach $3 - 3.5 Trillion but its still sitting at $1.2 Trillion.
So, based on this - I feel Alt season should start within next few months but it is coming but keep in mind a probability of 20% drop in Marketcap & slight rise in Bitcoin Dominance before it begins.
Unless This time it's really different & my research was complete waste of time 😅
