UPDATE: Binance co-founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ) says the exchange appears to have been hacked, with Tether freezing approximately $971 million in USDT and Circle freezing $823 million in USDC.
CZ says he expects all user funds to be fully covered.

🇮🇱 Israel is still voting, and the betting markets have already turned on Netanyahu.
Polymarket has Eisenkot flying at 63%, Netanyahu limping along at 24% and Bennett at 8%, with over $62 million already traded on the market.
Over on Kalshi, Netanyahu does even worse at 14.7%, but Eisenkot only gets 45% there.
So where’s the rest of the money going? Another 40% is on “no one,” meaning no new government gets formed by its deadline or another election is called first.
Wild bet, but look at the math, the parties lining up against Netanyahu run from right to left, and Eisenkot would likely need Arab party help just to reach 61 seats.
Traders know who they think loses tonight, they just can’t name the winner yet.
For that, everyone has to wait for the coalition deals to start.
