TL;DR : in Firefox, in the network options window, you just have to check the case "Enable DNS over HTTPS" for accessing sci-hub or other websites filtered for copyright infringement (if they are filtered by DNS)

So Mozilla literally give anyone a one-click option for bypass "copyright infringement censorship" made by ISPs. And it's very cool. If you want access to sci-hub you literally just have to check one option in the network configuration of Firefox, and poof it works
