For anyone considering investing in avalanche-2:native: I’m honestly baffled by Avalanche’s price action, and that’s why I’m writing this. Let’s talk about the relationship between RWA and Avalanche. 🔺 RWA capital flowing into Avalanche DOES NOT mean institutions are buying avalanche-2:native! They could be using Avalanche’s C-Chain to hold their tokenized assets without buying a single AVAX token. avalanche-2:native itself is NOT the RWA. The network is simply being used to host those assets. Think of it this way: it’s like holding USDT in MetaMask. You’re holding an asset on a network, but that doesn’t mean you’re investing in ETH. RWA is simply another type of asset being held on-chain. So, Avalanche is an RWA leader? Really? If RWA adoption is supposed to create value for avalanche-2:native, there needs to be meaningful on-chain activity that generates demand for the token. Assets simply sitting on the C-Chain don’t automatically create buying pressure for avalanche-2:native. Locked capital is just money sitting in a bank vault.
