We left Charlotte for East Tennessee in 2021. The Queen City is unrecognizable these days.

I love that her 𝕏 page alone has 8x the following theirs does. This doesn’t even take into consideration her other platforms lol.

2016-2019 were great. Sure, the MSM were still on their “orange man bad” rants - but the division was nothing like it is today and the economy was incredible. Covid literally ruined everything and we’ve never seen a normal day since. I’m so sorry for what’s happening in your country. I’m sure all of our first world problems look like child’s play compared to what you’re seeing there.

I agree with you that if they had direct evidence of Trump in those files, they would’ve been released in 2016. However, I don’t understand why he’s all of a sudden started calling it a “hoax” when he was one of the only people to even assist the prosecutors in the original case before he even ran the first time. Why the switch? Even if he isn’t in them - the narrative changed over night and I want to know who is.

Tbf, I genuinely don’t think he was talking about his every day voters or supporters here. I think this was a specific dig at the larger influencers and insiders like MTG, Tucker, Candace etc.

Closing the borders was great. I’m fine with the no tax on tips/OT - but I just don’t think that moved the needle on the affordability crisis the majority of Americans face every day. While I would also like to see the Iranian regime out - we had much bigger issues at home than to go stir up more drama in the Mideast.

The “fascism” that was so overreaching and egregious that you just took back the house and senate in a single night?

No offense, but he hasn’t been loyal to his supporters these past two years either. He has focused on all of the wrong things. Kamala would’ve been a nightmare - but this is not the 2nd term Trump we were promised.

95% of Americans couldn’t even pick thune or Johnson out of a lineup. At the end of the day Trump is the leader of the GOP and he failed to follow through on his promises during his 2024 campaign. He’s failed. They’ve all failed.

Crunch just opened up near us. They have one in Fountain City too

John or Monty should’ve stepped aside during the primary.

I’m so sorry for your loss.

It’s incredibly frustrating to watch it happen before your very own eyes. Charlotte was a beautiful and booming beacon of the South even just 15 years ago. Crime is out of control and the cops have their hands tied behind their back by liberal DA’s and judges. Covid should’ve been a wake up call to everyone on how important local elections are and why states rights are what sets our county apart. But as we’ve seen today, the majority of people are absolute morons and do whatever their TV tells them to.

I was actually born and grew up on the Great Lakes after my grandpa moved there from Missouri after WWII. My family then moved to the Carolina’s for my dad’s job. So my original roots are scattered some. My Scottish genes feel right at home here though lol. We are genuinely so grateful to be here. Everyone has been so supportive of our small business. Our kids are thriving. It’s the best decision we ever made. I know it’s not easy to see your hometown change to something you never expected or asked for- but I think many of us newcomers do have good intentions.

Are every day Minnesotans talking about the fraud that’s been uncovered there? I know you’ve had a lot of time in the national conservative headlines this year, but wasn’t sure what the conversations looked like on the ground amongst normal every day people.
