While filing form #PAS3 for Bonus Issue, the portal is mandatorily asking for SRN of MGT-14, even though in case of a Private Limited Company, MGT-14 is not required for filing of board resolution / Ordinary Resolution

While we appreciate the extension of deadlines, it is equally important that the portal related technical issues are resolved at the earliest to enable smooth and timely compliance.

Unable to file LLP Forms 3 and 4 due to the above technical error persisting for more than a week. The error is generic in nature and does not pertain to any specific user input hence raising a ticket on the MCA portal is not serving any practical purpose. @HelpdeskMCA21V3
