Riding into orbit 👩🚀
On June 18, 1983—42 years ago today—astronaut Sally Ride became the first American woman to travel to space. Ride and her crewmates deployed two satellites and conducted scientific research during their six days in orbit aboard space shuttle Challenger.

People playing startup house think “build a demo” or “get a first customer” is some sort of check mark in order to join a club or pass a test
Do you understand starting a company is do or die? Either your product is something people want or not. We want you to make a great demo or build something awesome not as check mark on the way to something.
Either you make it or you don’t. There is no other bar to hit. Those things we want you to do are literally the necessary steps it will take to win in a market.
Startups are pass/fail.

They both lived in the future and saw around corners, always thinking years/decades ahead. And at the same time, they were both obsessive over the tiniest product and design details. They could go from 30,000 feet to 3 feet in a split second.
