VERY IMPORTANT: It's now been almost a week since everything went down. I will be pushing my Lawsuit forward with all the new information I've acquired. I've opened a GiveSendGo Account for anyone that wants to help out! To keep it transparent for all of you that support me. I honestly feel ashamed to ask for money because well... its a pride situation. However the circumstances over these last few months have made it very clear I need to do something or these vile people will continue thinking they'll get away with it. So my pride means nothing in comparison to seeing some of these individuals brought to justice for what they have done not just to me, but my entire family. To be blunt, I do not have the money to pursue a lawsuit without going into Bankruptcy with how much it'll cost me to seek legal for everything that has happened. The $25,000 goal that is currently set is because cases like this normally cost around this price depending on your lawyer and circumstance. Thinking more like a @pcgamer type site but focused more on gaming communities, not just the developer and/or game itself point of view. I feel there is more hatred towards disabilities these days but don't know if its just me.

If you want to help, PLEASE consider boycotting. Boycotting could be using other platforms/services, not streaming on RPLAY anymore, sharing/retweeting anything you see about it, making videos on it, and more They NEED to know that what they are doing is neither okay or lawful.

Last update before I focus on my streams for tonight: I am still banned from the RPLAY Discord. The Discord is where the channel containing information pertaining my contract is, which is EXTREMELY suspicious.

I supported RPLAY, and even defended them when they were accused of heavy accusations. I gave them multiple recommendations for their website to try and help it improve. And what do they do? Try to unlawfully and illegally terminate my contract. Please, stay away from RPLAY.

They even stated that there was no breach in contract, but instead an early termination. When I asked for them to cite the breaches, they were unable to give valid reasons. Is this legal/lawful, RPLAY? @RPLAYofficial

@RPLAYofficial terminated my contract without any form of breaches to it, and I will be looking to pursue legal action. As others have stated, there were numerous red flags; there isn't even a written TOS of the website. RTs + Likes appreciated. I will write more on it soon.

On that note, I had to fill out my information through a *Google form* because the "official website form" was so disjointed that even one of the staff members, RPLAY_Joon, could not make sense of it That is EXTREMELY dangerous and unprofessional.

Oh yeah, and the earnings you have on RPLAY? There's only one way as of right now to track your balance, and it's through manually counting it through your overview page. Again, there's no creator dashboard, so you have to keep track of everything yourself.

They say that my metrics were "not as expected", and yet within the time span of 1-2 months, I almost had 500 free subscribers. The views on my videos and replays would also reach hundreds, and one even has over 1k
