Awesome to be back together with @MatthewDCapell. Lots of wins + NCAA tournaments together... ready to get it going in Cookeville!
Cannot wait to see the squad, let’s do this @MatthewBerryTMR, I feel a big year coming on!!!!
25 years ago I played for @coachchris14, not appreciating what he brought to the table as a coach and developer, just a immature 20 year old. But I have to give him his props for sure for what he has done with @DukeBASE. He definitely makes others around him better.

Powerful comments by Rex here. Anybody in sports that has kids in sports can relate to these emotions. We all want our kids to be better and have more than we did. Love the raw emotion.
“I want Seth to be a little bit better than me… and when he is he’ll be pretty f*cking good” - Rex Ryan
Rex’s father Buddy Ryan was his hero, & his son Seth who coaches with the Lions said Rex is his hero as well. Through tears Rex shares what that means to him.
When the @Lions blew a double digit lead in the 2nd half of the NFC championship the Ryan Family missed out on football immortality. They would’ve been the first & only family to have 3 generations of their family coach in a Super Bowl, & he’s still pissed about it.

This is true in sports, but also in business. We have been taught from day 1 there is no “I” in Team. This is why Gino is respected by so many.
