If you’re thinking of placing an order with @pullandbear don’t bother!! My order from the 8 December which was due to be delivered by the 14th is still pending. I was told it was awaiting the courier last Friday which was obviously a lie. They take your money but don’t deliver 🙄
Don’t order from @pullandbear unless you want to wait well past the due delivery date for your items & enjoy a lack of customer service. They are lying to customers saying an order placed today will arrive at the collection point tomorrow. #whereismyorder

Seen on Tripadvisor the hotel I’m meant to be staying in isn’t opening this year! @jet2tweets have told us we’ve just got to wait for someone to contact us. If they know the hotel is shut, why can’t it be sorted now? I booked in January & was reassured this wouldn’t happen 🙄
