One question I keep coming back to as Concrete heads toward TGE,
How do you recognise the people who made a community better?
The person answering questions, writing detailed articles, translating for another language community, or making the technical articles easier to understand, even the members pointing out something that needs fixing.
Some of that work is easy to count. Some needs to be appreciated more often as well
Personally, I think consistency and usefulness deserve more attention. Quality > Quantity.
“Did my contribution help at least one person?”
I think that’s a question each of us should ask ourselves. Leave the big numbers aside first.
Did someone understand the product better? Find an answer? Get past something they were struggling with the product or even the community.
That counts too. That's a true contributor

8 Oct: XRP was the only one of four major crypto ETF categories with net inflows.
BTC −$244.13M. ETH −$72.54M. SOL −$3.32M. Combined −$319.99M.
XRP +$8.17M, all of it Franklin Templeton's XRPZ.
ETH's 8th straight session of outflows. SOL's 4th.
Week ended 9 Oct: XRP +$11.31M, 13th consecutive weekly inflow. BTC/ETH/SOL −$1.25B combined, ending three weeks of BTC inflows and SOL's 14-week streak.
Honest scale: XRP's weekly inflow offset <1% of those withdrawals. Net assets still fell to $1.57B from $1.66B.
The number that matters: $1.80B paid in, ~$1.56B of XRP held on 8 Oct. ~13% underwater, and still buying. Only major crypto ETF group in the red. Canary's XRPC is ~31% down.
Back out the 13% from $1.38 → break-even ~$1.59. Other estimates say $1.62–1.63.
That band is where the biggest cohort stops being underwater — and gets a decision to make.

Clout is a social app where every post is a market.
Post. Anything you'd post anywhere else: a take, a link, a screenshot. Feed, replies, reposts, likes, profiles, leaderboard. It reads like a normal social app on purpose.
Earn. Here's the part that's different. Any post can be bought and sold as shares, priced by a bonding curve that starts cheap and gets more expensive as more people buy in. If you're early on a post that takes off, your shares are worth more.
The writer takes a cut of every trade, forever, so the post keeps paying the person who made it long after the likes stop. Your profile works the same way: your name becomes something people can own a piece of.
Fun. Then it stops being a spreadsheet. The feed is alive with markets moving on it, and you can see exactly which ideas people are putting money behind instead of just which ones got the most taps. Trade a post you believe in for a few cents, watch it move. That loop is genuinely addictive.
