Of the 4 most populous states, the two Dem-run ones (CA + NY) are using independent or court maps. The two GOP-run ones (FL + TX) are using maps strongly gerrymandered by the GOP. The House majority right there.

A few days ago, NPR reported that only 17 out of the 11,000 federal prisoners released on home confinement under CARES were arrested for new crimes. Today I asked BOP what those crimes were and here's a breakdown -- and the majority were drug releted. Here's the breakdown:
