These are the details of Russell Brand's rape conviction:
- Brand met a fan at one of his gigs in 2009 and invited her backstage
- She had a consensual threesome with him - "used her tongue on his anus" "within moments" of meeting him
- Days later Brand invited her to his house for sex, she agrees
- The Times attacks Brand in 2022 for joining Rumble and becoming a right wing "conspiracy theorist"
- The Times and Channel 4 colaborate for a big documentary expose in 2023
- Times says it had the allegations since 2019 but waited until his political shift to release them for some reason
- Complainants for his criminal case all come forward after the doc drops, some contacted and encouraged by journalists
- Jury concludes the woman 17 years ago consented to everything except anal sex, at which point she was raped
- Rape charge is bundled with other sexual assault charges, including him grabbing a woman's breasts (which jury concluded was forced) who then gave him oral sex (which jury found was not forced)
Brand now faces anything from 8 to 15 years in jail.

It’s not just that the building of data centers benefits US workers with jobs. It’s the output—A.I., embedded in industrial processes, that will increase US worker productivity and competitiveness. Or we can rely on tariffs, which just make imports and our lives more expensive.

Love that he's getting backlash for this
You see what he said.
Risk is leadership. If you don’t embrace risk you aren’t a true leader.
Leaders lead into the unknown
🚨🇺🇸 Rubio just picked the opposite side of Vance on the Iran war: he’s staying, he’s defending it, and he won’t rule out 2028
Two days after the vice president blamed the war for losing the Senate, the secretary of state told the Times the opposite.
Gas prices are nothing to brag about, he admitted, but Trump “deserves a tremendous amount of credit” for the war anyway:
“That is the price of leadership... the willingness to do things that may not be politically popular.”
Rubio also shot down reports he’s leaving, saying he’ll serve to the end of the term, and refused to say whether he’ll run for president:
“I literally will not talk about 2028 anymore.”
He once said he’d be the first to back a Vance campaign; today he gave Trump the loyalty Vance didn’t, and Trump is the one who decides which of them the party gets.

US industrial capacity has been eroding for decades, and with it the fortunes of our middle class and to an extent, our national security. Data center development and our leadership in AI can reverse that trend, finally. Current hysteria to block all projects everywhere is a gift to China.
Facts
In 2008 Republicans had 178 seats in the House. 41 seats in the Senate. Lost the popular vote by 10,000,000 and the electoral college 365 to 173. Writers were writing books like “The Death of Conservatism: A Movement and Its Consequences”
Two years later they picked up 63 congressional seats, 6 senate seats. Gained 679 legislative seats, control of 20 chambers, 6 governorships, and 11 trifectas.
The point of this is that what happened yesterday, has happened before, and years from now will happen again. Political landscapes change in a heart beat. Political coalitions will align and realign, you win some, you lose some. Two years from now can look drastically different from yesterday.
