When 2016 ended everyone was like “can’t wait to be out of the year from hell!” 2017 then became the new “worst year ever.” Followed by 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. It’s almost as if the relentless negativity of social media and 24-hour news has an effect on how people feel!
