Had my red cell exchange yesterday as an inpatient, as I had to be admitted on Mon due to a bad sickle cell crisis. I couldn't wait for Friday to come. Customer services are appalling and still nearly £400 out of pocket after more than a month of empty promises. Really did ruin the whole trip. Never using them again.
