If you're sequencing SARS-CoV-2 (#COVID19 ) we are continuously updating best practice - protocols, primers, datasets - using @PacBio long reads. Besides sequencing the viral genome itself another big area is BCR for host immune host response!
Using PacBio technology to study SARS-CoV-2 in the fight against #COVID19? We've pulled together some resources to help - from assay development tips and PCR protocols to library prep checklists. Please share with anyone who might benefit! ow.ly/BETJ50yZnDZ
