So, @AmericanAir responded via email and yet again, is confused and doesn't understand, or seem to be able to check their records on charging me thousands that I did not agree to. Told me now there's a flight credit which is now removed from my account. So, we're up to 3 lies.
American Airlines customer service agreed that I was due a refund on for the $4452.00 upgrade I did not agree to and was told would be refunded on a $297.80 flight. @AmericanAir refunds denied it. So now I鈥檝e been lied to twice.
